Entries from 3 countries sweep Entertainment category LOS ANGELES -- Entrants from Japan, Hong Kong and Canada captured six awards in the Entertainment category of the 2010 U.S. International Film & Video Festival. This included two First-Place Gold Camera Awards, one to NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corp.), Tokyo, for “Light of the River” and the other to Radio Television Hong Kong, Hong Kong, for “Cadenza-Memories, Gilded.” Mainichi Broadcasting System Inc., Osaka, won a second-place Silver Screen Award for “Toshodaiji Sound Stage: East Meets West.” NHK also won Certificates for Creative Excellence for “BITWORLD – Two Rooms: The Past and The Present,” and “The Shopping Trip.” i Studio Cinema Television Inc., Montreal, received a Certificate for “Le Bonheur de Pierre (A HappyMan).” The U.S. International Film & Video Festival has been in operation since 1967 and recognizes outstanding Business, Television, Documentary, Educational, Entertainment, Industrial and Informational productions. Overall festival entries came from 25 competing countries. |

The U.S. International Film & Video Festivals invites you to participate in a sister competition, the Mobius Awards for advertising, a competition for Television, Cinema/In-flight, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Brochure/Book, Direct, Package Design and Redesign, Point of Purchase, New Media, Mixed Media and Student Work.
