The PDF Entry Kit contains forms that feature "interactive form fields" which enable you to type your information into the forms (in place of hand-printing). Note for Mac OS X users: Even though the PDF will display and print correctly in the "Preview" application, we recommend using the Adobe Reader for best results if you plan to use the above-mentioned "interactive form fields."
